Major Water Damage

Water damage to this kitchen left the ceiling, insulation, and attic severely damaged.  As the before photo shows, the kitchen ceiling collapsed onto the floor below in the kitchen.  SERVPRO was brought in to cleanup the water and the debris.  When the technicians were confronted with this type of damage, they first begin too tear out the damaged building materials and dispose of them in the proper manner.  Next, the would locate the source of the water damage and facilitate repairs.  Then the would proceed to extract the water form the interior of the home and dry all affected surfaces using commercial air mover and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
