Tim is pictured with his wife, April, their four kids & dog, Bentley.

In March of 2021, Tim & April Howell purchased the SERVPRO of Harrisonville / Belton / Raymore franchise.  Tim brings a record of success and experience to the business. In 1999, he began working at a Wichita based restoration franchise as the General Manager. A few years later, they moved and purchased a struggling restoration franchise in Topeka, Kansas. The business grew to have several other locations, including the Dallas, Texas area. 

Tim has also owned and managed commercial real estate, as well as other services companies and most recently worked as an Executive Vice President for a large commercial roofing firm in downtown Kansas City.  During this time, his desire grew to own a restoration franchise again. This led to his acquisition of the SERVPRO of Harrisonville / Belton / Raymore franchise.

Tim currently holds a Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer and other credentials from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC).  He also holds many other licenses, and certifications from his experience in the industry over the last 22 years.
